What is Calisthenics?

Calisthenics involves a team of participants learning routines choreographed to music and presenting these routines on stage at competitions and concerts. Pupils learn between four and six routines concurrently throughout the year. Calisthenics assists your child with social interaction, confidence and assists in developing fine and gross motor skills as well as encouraging your child to most importantly have fun!
